Florida Islamic School was established in 2015 and registered with the Department of Education as an Independent School.
The school was founded to satisfy the growing needs of the expanding community of Florida and its surroundings.
From the initial research of the area, data revealed that a large number of learners faced the challenge of not being able to attend Madressah or acquire basic Islamic knowledge due to various reasons. Of which the lack of transport was a major contributor. This then further inspired the establishment of our school, which would cater to the needs of the community by providing Islamic and Secular Education simultaneously.
As we are in our initial years of operation we have overcome a lot of difficulties, but the road ahead to reach our vision is still long.
